The Modern Warfare series is a prime example of how the first game is always the best one. Modern Warfare was superior to Modern Warfare 2 and it out shines Modern Warfare 3 by a long way and leaves it sat in a puddle of it’s own urine. Now if you love MW3 more than oxygen I would suggest you stop reading this about now. This isn’t aimed at the perfectly fine Spec Ops mode or the Multiplayer (Although there’s little difference between MW2 and MW3 in that respect.) No this is aimed at the travesty that is the single player, this is aimed at the massive plot holes and things that make no logical sense or it is aimed at the overall bad creative decisions.

A MW3 player pressing a key that makes their player character shoot another character is not actually committing an act of violence, any more than a little girl carrying a doll about by it’s foot is guilty of child abuse. Adults should be free to choose their own entertainment in the absence of legal issues or material which raises a risk or harm to others.

Over the past few days, Activision have been focusing all their abilities on getting people excited about MW3 and have been giving out new information like there is no tomorrow. (I think they are getting scared). Although all of the things the have shown have been so small not to warrant an article on them, I thought as there is so much new stuff being shown that I’d talk about what they have said.
