The Final Fantasy games have a distinct style about their environments and worlds whereby all of them are beautiful, atmospheric and downright magical in their appearance, style and generated atmosphere. Final Fantasy XIV is no different in this aspect, the environments are beautiful and the game utilises some of the processing power of the PS4 and puts it to good use to generate these visually intriguing and awe inspiring masterpieces.

‘Zombies’ mode is gone and ‘Extinction’ mode steps up to the plate for COD: Ghosts. My verdict of the new mode? It’s Genius. This game mode is one of the most creative, imaginative and original additions to happen to the COD franchise for years. This game mode is what Aliens Colonial Marines should have been.
This generation of consoles has been the generation for the rise of online, multiplayer gaming. The vast majority of players, play their games online or have the functionality in place to do so. Last weekend I decided to buck the trend and play a game (Wait for it…Brace yourself…) in local multiplayer with both of us playing on the same Xbox console, in the same room! (Gasp!)
